Enhancements to Roundabout Area

About the Project 

Since the lapse in planning submitted by Seaton Town Council (STC) regarding the seafront enhancement plan, the Chamber has been actively working on a scaled-down scheme to enhance the roundabout area. All preliminary imagery work and extensive research have been completed, and we are now preparing to submit a formal proposal to East Devon District Council (EDDC).

Our proposal includes the creation of external seating areas for five businesses, incorporating soft planting and a reduction of parking on double yellow lines. This plan aims to enhance the gateway from the seafront to the town, making the area more inviting while promoting business and employment growth.
